We invest through 44 verticals, each with two funds, one after the other: 88 vertical funds, plus vehicles for later-stage rounds, company creation and co-investment. Each fund has its own lane, so no two of our funds compete for the same first investment. All of our funds are in formation; none has been formed.
I. The funds
Target sizes are shared with qualified investors in each fund’s offering documents, and are targets, not promises. A fund may close smaller or not be formed. Parallel funds on the same terms may be formed for investors who need them.

II. How the funds work together
Each company belongs to the one vertical whose lane covers its main product. When a company could fit two, our Chief Compliance Officer decides which vertical it belongs to and records why.
Written rules decide which fund gets each investment. Each fund has its own Advisory Committee of independent investors, which reviews conflicts between funds.
When one of our funds invests in a company another of our funds already owns, the price is set by an outside lead investor or approved by the Advisory Committee of every fund involved.
Each fund has its own general partner, and each vertical has its own team.
Co-investing one deal at a time
Through DIV Co-Invest Series LLC, qualified investors may invest in a single company alongside one of our funds. Each deal is a separate series and a separate offering. A series buys new shares from the company, never existing shares from other holders.
Investing with us
Interests are offered only through each vehicle’s own offering documents, to accredited investors whose status we verify and who are also qualified purchasers. Nothing on this page is an offer. We are a new firm with no track record as a firm, and none of these funds has made an investment. Our co-founder William Pohl III began managing investment funds in 2005.
